Builder and Bank both make money and buyer suffer !!

I am a buyer of Shubhkamna city and waiting for flats from last 13 years but till none of the single flat has been made. Payment has been upto 90% and buyers are on road. Many complaints lodged in RERA AND AUTHORITY BUT NO ONE IS LISTENING.

The prices are just a gimmick. Government to make a team to ensure the prices are displayed righteously; The dealers and builders are just looting money off normal people.

Ultimately Government wants to show that they care about Gurugram. What this drive will bring is: Money for Government for Elections and other works. Few Developer may pay extra to eliminate potential rising player.
